Happy 2nd Birthday Maddie! She kicked off her birthday in the ER, she is completely fine, but gave us another scare, so this is the terrible two's...Maddie passed out a few weeks ago after falling and last night she bumped her side and passed out again. After lots of tests, it was determined that she is basically holding her breath gearing up for a big cry and causing herself to pass out. It is genetic, I did the exact same thing at her age (I have apologized profusely to my parents). Faye was at her side while the paramedics checked her out at home, she held her hand and kissed and hugged her, it was really really sweet. We celebrated with a brunch party with friends this morning and live music and it has been snowing all day. We love you Maddie Baddie, Happy 2nd Bday!
