Light at the End of the tunnel

My parents and I were set to run a marathon together. A week before the race my dad badly sprained his foot in flip flips going to get the newspaper. He and David and the girls were huge supporters and cheerleaders during the race! 

The ladies at the start, the top, it's all downhill from here!

The race begins...

2 miles in a tunnel, after about a mile you see this, a pinpoint of light. Then it's 23 miles downhill to the finish. A gorgeous run. I ran 3:57.

Snoqualmie falls at the Salish inn, amazing views. With the Grammy & Pawpaw.
