Camp

Faye went to her first sleep away camp for 5 days this summer, camp Hatikvah. She left on a bus and the moment those bus wheels started rolling, so did my tears. It was harder for me than I expected, I experienced so many new emotions as a parent. My heart actually ached the day she left, I felt an ache in my chest. She had a GREAT time and wrote us sweet letters. She was very missed, but we know it was an amazing experience for her!
