The girls are keeping us entertained. Madie smiles, coos and follows us with her eyes around the room. She is such a happy and laid back baby, just like her big sister. Can't believe she is already 6 weeks old! Faye is doing so many new things. She gets excited about so many things, life is so new to her and she is loving it. She wants to grab and touch everything. She is clapping, putting her hands together and over her head and we say "champion," she is learning the laws of gravity by dropping everything we give her and watching it fall, she is starting to scoot backwards, loves playing peek-a-boo, waves hello and goodbye, started eating cherrios this week and is learning sign language with her Mom (we go to a class once a week, good socialization for me and for Faye). She hugely into dogs right now and to many dog owners amusement, she squeals in delight at the sight of them (other children also have this affect on her). We play peek-a-boo with her a lot and she loves it. Most of the time it involves us monkeying around the kitchen island, peeking around corners, catching her eyes in mirrors, etc. We all get a kick out of it.
