Happy Mother's Day! The day before Mother's Day is Birthmother's Day and we celebrated at the annual picnic our Adoption Agency puts together. The weather was gorgeous. We were reminded how beautiful adoption is and what a blessing Julie is in our lives, we love you Julie. The girls had a good time at the picnic running around making friends. They are both getting to be so independent and continue to be very social. Earlier in the week I pulled Faye's hair into pigtails for the first time, she loved it, she looked pretty darn cute. Maddie wanted pigtails, too, she doesn't have enough hair so she got a ponytail right on top. The last photo is my first Mother's Day craft from the girls. They made them at our Sholom Baby group. I got teary eyed when they gave them to me. Thanks my little ladies!
