Happy Halloween

We had a lot of fun celebrating Halloween with the girls. They enjoyed trick or treat
ing, but more than anything answering the door, greeting trick or treaters and handing out candy. We carved pumpkins and did the "walk of lost souls." It was very cool event put on by Britannia Community Centre (where I sit on the board) and local actors. It was a 1 mile walk in residential alleys where residents decorated the alley and garages. There were performers throughout, dancers, bands, elaborate costumes, jack-o-lanterns, etc. It was not scary, it was more of a celebration. We loved it. Faye as usual had no fear and walked right up to the performers. Maddie had fun, but was more timid, she did not
leave her Daddy's arms the entire time. The girls were Razorback cheerleaders, not many people around here know what a Razorback is! But Faye and Maddie loved saying, "woo pig sooiee!"
